How to Come Back from a Blogging Break! + Summer Bucket List

To say I took a blogging break is a bit of an understatement. I kind of fell off the face of the internet earth... much to my own chagrin.

If I'm honest, my life over the past six months has been non-stop craziness. Adjusting from my life abroad to my life in Denver has been challenging at best, impossible at worst. Finally, after 5 months, I think I might have figured it out! I've finished my Spring Quarter finals, and I have a few days to myself before I start my internship, so I wanted to get back into my blog.

So, how am I going to come back from this blogging break?

By blogging, of course!

Now that it's summer, there are so many things to do! This is my last official summer between school years, as I just finished my third year at the University of Denver and will be starting my last year in September (cue hyperventilation), so I definitely want to make this a great summer!

True to form, my first post back after my blogging break a goals post. Here's to having an awesome summer!

1. Read 10 books. In the fall, I'm going to be starting my history thesis, so I want to start my research now. I met with my advisor the other day, and got a list of recommended books from her to start with. I also have some books for fun on there, so it's not all work.

2. Post on Glittering Eyes 3 times per week. I have a ton of ideas for content and graphics and photos, so I just need to stay consistent! Anyone have a good suggestion for a blog calendar? :)

3. Couch to 5k! My dad and I have agreed to be fitness buddies with each other, and do a Couch to 5k program. There are a ton out there to choose from, so I'm just researching on Pinterest and fitness websites.
